Nachhaltige Mode in Deutschland – das war eine Nische, die sich aber in den letzten Jahren immer mehr vergrößern konnte.

Endlich haben die Konsumenten begriffen, dass Nachhaltigkeit in der Mode, nichts mit langweilig oder nicht zeitgemäß zu tun hat. Wenn etwas modern ist, dann ist es Nachhaltigkeit. Dieses Bewusstsein hat sich in den letzten Jahren gefestigt und ich hoffe, die Tendenz wird weiterhin steigen.

Ich habe ja schon oft über das Thema geschrieben und möchte euch heute gerne ein Label vorstellen, dass aus meiner Heimatstadt Köln kommt – Lanius.

Aber bevor ich euch etwas über Lanius erzähle, schaut euch doch erst einmal meinen Look an:

Ich trage den „Colourblockpullover aus Merinowolle“ mit einem fake Lederrock und fake Wildleder Overknees.

In den Pullover habe ich mich total verliebt. Oft sind die Winterpullover (vor allem die schönen) kratzig und ich mag so was gar nicht tragen. Dieser hier jedoch ist so weich, und obwohl er nicht so dick ist, hält er trotzdem sehr warm finde ich. Er wird mich auf jeden Fall in den Winter begleiten. Und er besteht zu 100% aus Bio-Merinowolle und gehört zu der Eternity Kollektion.

Und jetzt zu dem Modelabel Lanius 

Das Label gibt es in dem Bereich DOB bereits seit 17 Jahren und ist sozusagen ein Pionierlabel in dem Bereich der Nachhaltigkeit. Umso mehr freut es mich, dass Lanius aus Köln kommt. Wie viel Auswahl das Label an modernen Designs bietet, könnt ihr im Online-Shop nachschauen.

Die Philosophie von Lanius ist ganz klar: love fashion – think organic – be responsible

Das Label setzt auf nachhaltige Produktion und berücksichtigt dabei Mensch, Tier und Umwelt. Lanius hat einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch und ist deswegen mit dem Global Organic Textile Standard zertifiziert. Ein Label, dass weltweit anerkannt wird. Für die Produktion der Kleidung gelten die Standards der ILO und die Tatsache, dass die Kleidung zu 70% aus Naturfasern bestehen muss. Materialien, die Lanius verarbeitet: Seide, Bio-Baumwolle, Merinowolle, Alpakawolle oder zum Beispiel Leder (vegetabil).

Zweimal im Jahr launcht das Label seine Kollektionen. Die Mode ist Peta – Approved Vegan und es wird sich sozial engagiert (Fair Wear Foundation).

Ich finde, Lanius leistet tolle Arbeit und bring uns nachhaltige Mode ein Stück weit näher. Und ich freue mich schon sehr, auf die Sommerkollektion und hoffe ihr konntet auch das ein oder andere Teil im online Shop für euch entdecken.

Sustainable fashion in Germany was a niche that was able to get bigger and bigger within the last years.

Finally consumers understood that sustainability in fashion is not necessarily boring or not up to date but rather modern. The awareness of sustainable fashion has become more and more popular within the last years and is increasing. 

I wrote about sustainability quite some blogposts and today I would like to present you a label that is from my home Cologne – Lanius. 

 

For my look I am wearing the  „Colourblockpullover aus Merinowolle“  with a fake leather skirt and fake suede overknees.

The sweater is so nice to wear and I am in love with it. Perfect for winter, because it does not feel very thick, but actually keeps you very warm and is very soft and feels good on the skin. It is 100 % merino wool and part of the Eternity Collection.

The label is in the industry for more than 17 years now and one of the first ones at that time to be active in the field of sustainable fashion. I am so happy that they are even from Cologne. The label produces their clothing in a sustainable way for humans, animals and evinroment. Lanius has high quality standards and is certified with the Global Organic Textile Standard label, which is renowned worldwide. The production standards comply with the standards of the ILO and also the fact that all clothing has to consist of 70% natural resources. Materials like: silk, bio cotton, merino wool, alpaca wool or vegetal leather are incorporated into Lanius clothing garments. 

Lanius launches new collections twice a years. The label is Peta approved vegan and they are actively involved in social initiatives (Fair Wear Foundation). 

I think that Lanius is doing a great job in making modern clothing more sustainable and I cannot wait to see their latest summer collection. I really hope that you will also pay more attention to sustainable labels and support their great work.
